Basic Performance Cycle Coaching
We’d like to provide your overall cycling program but realize that some folks have good reasons for not taking that on at this time. We have a kick butt way for you to take on ONE aspect of your riding, with the following choices.
- Weekly programming with 1 specific workout
- Coaches’ analysis via Training Peaks premium (included with your subscription)
- $150/ month with minimum 6 month* subscription
- $100 program setup, power and training zone evaluation
- * 3-month plan available $450

The Mountain Goat
Climbing is now one of the most desirable abilities to obtain. This skill combines technique with your aerobic power to hills, to just get over it! Hills are not a 4-letter word, you can set your personal bests on climbs short or long, with this program.
Step up to the BAR, Best All Rounder
You want it all, technique, fatigue resistance, finish line sprints! Each week will provide a workout geared towards one of those crucial elements, you’ll find strength you didn’t know you had, endurance beyond your current ability and best of all, technique. You’ll look good doing it.
Power Profile
Data is only as good as the way it’s assessed, and only important when it is used to provide a guide for training. What does it mean? It seems to be too low, too high; how can I use an FTP power to my everyday training?
A power profile is just that, it not only guides your ability, but the areas of power over time to focus on for your goals.
We take the data, we check your goals, and your training is adapted to fit both.
