Can I switch to Prime from Basic programs?
Yes, if you decide you’d like more workouts in the week specific to your Basic goal, or if you’d like the additional guidance and accountability. Let your coaches know.
I've changed priorities, from sprinting to time trialing, can I switch my program?
When you want to do that, we can discuss and discover how and what makes the most sense.
Can I use the workouts on virtual platforms?
You can link your TP premium account (included) to Rouvy or Zwift, Trainer Road etc. and connect your calendar with the workout, ride it on virtual.
Do I need an HRM heart rate monitor and a power meter?
HRM, heart rate monitoring is the basic requirement to take on coaching, to have your physiological response to training available with its effectiveness. Power data provided by your trainer or other means provides vital feedback for you on the ride and later on your ability to sustain power with heart rate is an important metric. Training is guided using power numbers, heart rate is next and PE, perceived exertion is another factor.
What happens if I have a change of plans, move or have a health problem?
- With a 6-month minimum on Prime, you would be responsible for the contract and auto payments. With notice of a physical issue, we may suspend payment for a maximum of one month.
- 3-month contracts are not refundable.
- When you move, your program can easily follow you and we are happy to make appropriate changes to your situation.
- After the minimum contract of 3 or 6 months, a 30-day cancellation policy is in effect. Provide notice one month prior.
I would like to do well in Gravel Racing, there's AG Nationals for that now! Can you help me?

We have so much experience with this, it’s very common for excellent swimmers and runners to have biking performance issues. We know it and can get you through it to perform your best on the bike and improve your running as a side effect.
